Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
If you want to spend your vacation in the nicely arranged accommodation, located in the spacious courtyard, full of natural shade, then Alexandros Studios in Sarti can be the right choice for you. It is a family villa, very well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, fields of olives, so the view from the balconies is completely relaxing.
Villa is around 2km away from the very center of Sarti, 450m from the beach and 600m from the closest market with bakery.
The complex consists of two objects, each one has eight studios. In total villa has 16 studios, 4 double, 4 triple and 8 quadruple studios. In double studios there is one double bed, in triple one double bed and one folding armchair, while in quadruple there are a double bed and bunk beds for children.
Kitchen is the same in all studios, it has hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment and necessary dishes. In bathrooms there is a shower tray. All the studios have air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access and private balcony. You can get a baby cot and an iron on request.
The villa's yard is completely arranged, with a lot of shade, lunch tables, sitting sets ideal for socializing, reading and enjoying, and there is also a built-in barbecue which is at guests' disposal. In addition, the villa has a private parking lot, in the area of the yard, in the shade of olive trees.
You will easily reach this accommodation. After entering Sarti from the north direction, drive 2,3km more when you will see the sign for this accommodation on the right. The unpaved road will lead you to this accommodation (around 100m).
