Chill Out Apartment is located in a quiet part of Neos Marmaras. It offers one apartment that can accommodate up to six adults. It can be a great choice for a larger group or two families.

It is about 500m away from Paradissos beach, the same distance from the city center, supermarkets, bakeries and taverns, and the nearest beach is in front of the Marmaras Hotel, at a distance of about 200m.

The accommodation is located in the basement (few steps below the ground level) on the side from which you enter the apartment, and the yard to which the apartment exits is on the other side of the ground floor. It has a partial view of the sea from a distance and it also overlooks other buildings around. The apartment (60m2) has one double and one single bed in two separate bedrooms. There is also a sofa in one bedroom. Both bedrooms have one air conditioner, internet and TV. The equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave with three hot plates and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. A hairdryer is at guests ’disposal. Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done every four days.

A barbecue is available to the guests in the yard, where there is plenty of natural shade. Private parking does not exist, but there is plenty of parking space in front and near the apartment.

Everyone who wants to enjoy in a quiet location, and in the immediate vicinity of all happenings, this accommodation can be a great choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
