Our description
Entering Neos Marmaras, close to the Paradissos Beach, there is Crystal House. It is an ideal choice for multi-member families or large group of friends who want privacy and to whom is important completely equipped accommodation so they can feel like home.
Paradissos Beach is 450m away, while the center of Neos Marmaras is 550m far. At a distance of 400m there are bakery and tavern, while the market is 300m far.
In the offer are two maisonettes and two studios which are rented separately or together as one unit - one maisonette and one studio. Since the house is on the hill, looking from the frontside of the house the maisonettes are on the ground floor and the studios are semi-based. Looking from the backside the studios are on the ground floor and the maisonettes are on the first floor. Entrance to the maisonettes is from the frontside and to the studios from the backside. They are connected by the stairs and on top of them there is a door which is locked when they are rented separately.
Maisonettes (70m2) are identically equipped. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each one with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the ground floor, in the same room there are kitchen and living room with two sofas - one can be folded. Kitchen is completely equipped, so it has a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, large refrigerator with freezer, as well as table and chairs. Each floor has a balcony with sea view from afar.
Studios (38m2) are a little bit different. One studio has a double and two single beds. Kitchen is equipped with a stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and large refrigerator with freezer. Second studio has a double bed and one more double bed narrower than the standard one and two sofas. Kitchen is equipped with hot plates, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and two small refrigerators with freezer compartments. In the bathroom of both studios there is a shower cabin. Balconies have a sea view from afar.
All accommodation units have an air conditioning, TV, internet, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and mosquito nets. When a maisonette and a studio are rented as one unit they have three bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms.
In front and behind the accommodation there is a private parking for all guests.
Coming from the direction of Nikiti, turn to Neos Marmaras on the first turn for it, continue straight and after 400m you will see the accommodation on your right.
If you are looking for a modern accommodation which is completely equipped, in a quiet location, then Crystal House is the right choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
