Hotel Description

At the entrance to Neos Marmaras, near Paradisos Beach, you will find the exquisite Crystal House. It is the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends seeking privacy, while also valuing the complete furnishing of the accommodation to make them feel at home.

Paradisos Beach is located 450m away, and the center of Neos Marmaras is 550m away. There is a bakery and tavern at a distance of 400m, and a store at 300m.

There are two maisonettes and two studios available for rent, either separately or together - one maisonette and one studio. Due to the house being on a slope, looking from the front of the house, the maisonettes are on the ground floor, and the studios are in the basement. Looking from the back, the studios are on the ground floor, and the maisonettes are on the first floor. The entrance to the maisonettes is from the front, and to the studios from the back. They are connected by stairs, at the top of which there are doors that can be locked if rented separately.

The maisonettes (70m2) are identically furnished. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the ground floor, the kitchen and living room with two sofas, one of which is a pull-out sofa, are in the same room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, Espresso coffee maker, large fridge with freezer, as well as a dining table and chairs. Each floor has a terrace with a distant sea view.

The studios (38m2) are slightly different. One studio has a sofa bed and two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, toaster, kettle, Espresso coffee maker, and a large fridge with freezer. The other studio has a double bed and an additional narrower bed than standard, and two sofas. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and two small fridges with freezer compartments. Both studios have a shower cabin in the bathroom. The terraces offer a distant sea view.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, safe, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. When the maisonette and studio are rented together, they feature three bedrooms, two kitchens, and two bathrooms.

There is a private parking in front and behind the accommodation for all guests.

Coming from the direction of Nikiti, turn towards Neos Marmaras at the first intersection, continue straight, and after 400m you will see the accommodation on your right.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

The minimum stay is seven nights.
