Leivadiotis House is a new accommodation located on the highway before entering Paradisos Neos Marmaras. It can be a good choice for families who value quality and seclusion from the city hustle when choosing holiday accommodation.

The beach is about 100m away, and at about 400m there is a more organized part of the same beach, while Paradisos beach is 1.5km away from the accommodation.

It is a house on the first floor consisting of a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom. In the kitchen there are two joined single beds, while in the bedroom there is one double and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, two hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The house has a large balcony with a table and chairs and deckchairs, with a panoramic view of the sea.

Air conditioner, TV, hair dryer are available to the guests, and the accommodation also has mosquito nets.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every 4 nights.

The house does not have a yard, but guests are provided with one parking space in front of the entrance.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
