Leivadiotis House is a new accommodation located on the highway before entering Paradisos Neos Marmaras. It can be a good choice for families who value quality and seclusion from the city hustle when choosing holiday accommodation.

The beach is about 100m away, and at about 400m there is a more organized part of the same beach, while Paradisos beach is 1.5km away from the accommodation.

It is a house on the first floor consisting of a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom. In the kitchen there are two joined single beds, while in the bedroom there is one double and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, two hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The house has a large balcony with a table and chairs and deckchairs, with a panoramic view of the sea.

Air conditioner, TV, hair dryer are available to the guests, and the accommodation also has mosquito nets.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every 4 nights.

The house does not have a yard, but guests are provided with one parking space in front of the entrance.

If you want to spend your vacation in a quiet location outside the rich day and night life of Neos Marmaras, and still be in close proximity to it, Leivadiotis House can be a good choice for you.

We are a family of five, and this house was perfect for us: clean, comfortable, close to the city, yet away from the crowds... Close to the beach, close to the market. We were the only ones in the whole house, and in front of the house there is parking where the car is safe and secure... The kitchen has everything needed for a stay, and not to mention that sugar, salt, and coffee were waiting for us in the kitchen, and juices and water in the fridge... The owner is wonderful; she will explain everything you need to know...

Staying here was, to put it mildly, an excellent choice for our five-person family—simply perfect. We were alone in the entire house, with everything we could possibly need: plenty of comfort, comfortable beds, and everything spotlessly clean. The place has everything for the kitchen, and I have to say that it was the first time this has happened to me—when we arrived, there were coffee, sugar, and salt waiting for us. In the fridge, there was juice for the children and lots of small bottles of water, all prepared for first aid and immediate needs. In front of the house there is parking where the cars are safe and secure… Close to the city, yet there’s no noise from that direction. Close to the beach as well. All the best for this accommodation and for the people who rent it out. They are truly kind and welcoming.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
