Our description

If you desire to spend your vacation in a peaceful environment, secluded from events, surrounded by olive trees, pine trees, and flowers, with divine panoramic views of the sea, the Kis Kis accommodation is the perfect choice for you.

The accommodation is located between Toroni and Neos Marmaras, precisely 12 km away from Neos Marmaras. The nearest restaurant is the renowned Panos taverna, known for its seafood specialties, and it is approximately 2 km away, while the nearest markets are in Neos Marmaras. The sandy beach is right in front of the accommodation, accessible by a few steps.

The accommodation offers five smaller studios (no. 2, 3, 4, 5; 25 m2) and one larger studio (no. 6; 50 m2). Three studios (no. 1, 2, and 3) are situated on the first floor, while the remaining three (no. 4, 5, and 6) are on the second floor.

The double studios, no. 2 and 5, each have a French bed, while studio no. 4 has one French bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed.

The triple studio, no. 1, has one French and one single bed.

Studio no. 3 features a French bed and a single bed in a built-in area, making it suitable for two adults and one child.

The four-bed studio, no. 6, consists of one French bed, one single bed, and a sofa.

All units have a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezing compartment, an induction plate or a two-burner stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, and necessary utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a curtain. Each studio has access to a shared terrace in front, with a direct view of the sea. Although not physically separated, each unit has its own tables and chairs.

All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are replaced, and the accommodation is cleaned every three days.

In the beautiful courtyard, guests can enjoy sun loungers, seating sets, and a BBQ grill. The accommodation also provides private parking.

Owners description

The main building has five apartments and one suite, all with panoramic view over the magnificent sea. Three of them are in the first floor and the other two with the suite in the second floor. From one part of the house, the guest can relax enjoying the view over the sea and a part of the peninsula of Sithonia. From that part every morning rises the sun back of the mountain, and the view with different colors every morning is stunning.

From the big balcony in the second floor, you can enjoy the stunning sunset of the sun in the peninsula of Kassandra. When the atmosphere is clear, behind Kassandra you can see the mountain Olympus. Also some days, you can see some of the islands of Sporades. The big advantage of our property is the panoramic view of the whole area, as it is built in the highest altitude in the area. The other great reason that the guests love to stay in our apartments, is the access to the beach. Just some steps from your door…Our bay is small, with white sand and clear waters. It is not equipped with armchairs, as a respect to nature that is given to us.

The five hectare land can be used during your stay to relax, park your car or motor bike, play with your family. Our main building is surrounded mainly by olive trees, along with local fresh herbs and flowers. Also some fruit trees are in the garden, close to the vegetables. During the summer time is full of tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and zucchinis. All around the house, it is silent and calm. The only things you can hear is the sea, the wind and the birds. The only things your eyes can see is the clear sea, the sky and the rest of the untouched land. The whole building is designed with respect of the nature and the environment of the area.
