We welcome you to our special traditional place, which we have designed so that you have a pleasant stay. 100m from the center of Neos Marmaras, in a quiet neighborhood, direct access to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars, pharmacy as well as the beaches of the village. With 2 independent terraces, sea view, pavilion with your own sitting area (not shared), and your personal BBQ (grill). Fully equipped kitchen, free WI-FI and a big TV.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. 60% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
