Βozi’s Apartment is an accommodation located in close proximity to the center of Neos Marmaras. It is a beautifully decorated apartment that has recently been renovated. It is situated on the ground floor and features private parking.

The city beach is approximately 1km away from the accommodation, while the nearest shops, restaurants, and bars are located 50m away.

The apartment (35m2) consists of a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. There is another single bed in the kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a two-burner stove, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and necessary utensils.

The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

You can access the spacious terrace, overlooking the street, from both the kitchen and the bedroom, where there is a table and chairs.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has a TV, free Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, but upon request, the owners can also provide free cleaning once during the stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
