Description
Seafront Villa is a family accommodation located on the seafront, with a beautifully landscaped yard and direct access to the private part of Tripotamos beach, in a safe and peaceful environment. The villa is situated on the road between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, on the western coast of Sithonia.
The nearest market is about 1km away.
Only the left half of the house is available for rent, as seen from the street. It is a two-level apartment designed to accommodate up to five people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet, while on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with access to a balcony overlooking the sea, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds, a sofa bed, and an air conditioner. You can spend warm summer days, with a view of the sea and the yard, on the veranda or balcony.
Each level is equipped with an air conditioner. Amenities include Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen smart TV, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries, and mosquito nets on the windows. The kitchen features a large fridge with a freezer, four glass-ceramic hobs, a large oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, and an electric kettle. A baby cot can be added upon request. Pets are not allowed.
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning and changing bed linen and towels themselves, with additional sets available.
The yard provides direct access to the sandy beach, with sun loungers and umbrellas provided. Next to the gate separating the yard and the beach, there is an outdoor shower. The yard is a true oasis of peace and greenery - fenced, with carefully maintained lawns and palm trees, equipped with sun loungers and a swing, as well as a gazebo with outdoor dining area and barbecue.
At the entrance to the yard, there is private parking for two cars.
Coming from Nikiti, after passing Lagomandra beach, turn right after Tortuga Beach Bar and continue straight for about 200m, until you reach the first house on your right, which is Seafront Villa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
