If you are seeking an oasis of peace just a few steps away from the beautiful beaches of Neos Marmaras, Athene Apartments offer an ideal location. Situated only 70m from the shore and the nearest beach, allowing you to indulge in relaxing days away from the crowds, yet still close enough to all attractions. The beginning of Paradisos beach is at 600m, while the town beach is approximately 1.7km away.
The offer includes eight triple studios spread over three levels - one located on the first floor, five on the second floor, and two on the third floor. The studios feature one double bed and a single bed.
All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, WiFi internet, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with two burners, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a toaster.
All bathrooms have a shower without a tub and curtains (only tiles).
The balconies, furnished with sitting sets, offer an incredible direct view of the sea.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and for changing bed linen and towels, they can contact the owner who lives on the property.
Parking is provided in front of the accommodation for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
