Accommodation Erika’s Apartment is located near the strict center of Neos Marmaras, about 150m from the gravel, unorganized beach, while the city sandy beach is approximately 2km away.

Nearby, there are numerous taverns, cafes, markets, and souvenir shops.

Available is a ground floor studio that can accommodate up to four people, recommended for two adults and two children.

This air-conditioned studio features two connected single beds and a sofa bed, suitable for two people.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, a small refrigerator, a stove with two burners, a small oven, and a toaster. The bathroom is separated by accordion doors and has a shower with a curtain (only tiles).

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet and TV.

The studio has a large balcony with a sea view, furnished with a table and chairs.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible in front of the accommodation along the street.

Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, while guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation.

Guests staying in this accommodation are required to pay a security deposit of €50 to cover potential damages to bedding and towels. The deposit will be refunded if no damage has occurred, provided that the bedding and towels are free of stains from sunscreen, makeup, chocolate, wine, nail polish, or any other stains that cannot be removed by professional washing machines.

The accommodation is most suitable for two people. The view of the sea is decent. The hostess is wonderful.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, and the owners were very friendly. The location is good, close to the center, and we did not have any issues with parking, although parking is not provided.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.

Price note

Upon arrival at the accommodation, a security deposit of 50 euros is required as a guarantee for the bedding. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that the sheets and towels are free of stains from sunscreen, makeup, chocolate, wine, nail polish, or any other marks that professional laundry services cannot remove.
