Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Orion Apartments is located in the popular resort town of Neos Marmaras, just 50m from the sandy town beach. The accommodation is pet-friendly, making it a great option for guests traveling with their furry companions. A combination of a peaceful location, well-maintained space, and proximity to the beach makes this accommodation a perfect choice for a summer escape from everyday life.
There are two accommodation units available, both situated on the first floor of a residential building without an elevator.
The first unit is a room designed to accommodate up to two adults. It consists of a sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom.
The second unit is an apartment suitable for two adults and one child. It features a small living room with a sleeping area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa suitable for one person.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides an AC unit in the room and an AC unit in the bedroom of the apartment. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a TV, and a hairdryer.
Both units are equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine. The apartment additionally includes a kitchenette with two ceramic glass cooktops and a toaster.
Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views from the balconies, which are furnished with seating sets.
Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon request and free of charge.
Cleaning, as well as linen and towel changes, is done every three days during the stay.
