There are two accommodation units available, situated on the first floor of a residential building without an elevator. The first unit is a room designed for a maximum of two adults and consists of a sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom. The second unit is an apartment suitable for two adults and one child, featuring a smaller living room with a sleeping area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom includes a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, the room is equipped with an air conditioning unit, while the apartment has the air conditioning located in the bedroom. Guests also have access to free WiFi, TV, and a hairdryer. Both units have a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker, while the apartment additionally features a kitchenette with two ceramic hobs and a toaster.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
