Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Marialena's House is located in the famous tourist resort of Neos Marmaras, on the west coast of Sithonia, Halkidiki. This studio complex is located in a quiet area and offers you a pleasant rest and relaxation. Surrounded by greenery, it has a common yard with a barbecue corner and a children's playground where you can enjoy beautiful moments in the fresh air. The nearest beach is 300 meters from the accommodation.
This facility offers sixteen accommodation units, which are located on the ground floor, first and second floors and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. Studios have one room with a kitchen and a separate bathroom. Each studio has a double bed, and depending on the type of unit, some studios are equipped with a bed for one person or a sofa for two people.
On request and within the price, a baby cot is also available.
In these air-conditioned accommodation units, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, as well as a kitchen with a two-burner stove and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
All accommodation units have a private veranda or balcony with a view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard and the sea from afar.
By agreement, and within the price, pets are welcome.
The cleaning of the studio, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day.
One parking space is provided for the guests of the accommodation in the premises of the facility.
