The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which features air conditioning units and TVs in the living room and each bedroom, guests have access to WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
