Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Luxury 2nd Floor Roofgarden Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, 600 meters from Paradisos beach and 550 meters from the marina and promenade. This comfortable, airy, and modernly equipped accommodation with sea views provides guests with a cozy and pleasant stay.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which features air conditioning units and TVs in the living room and each bedroom, guests have access to WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
On the spacious balcony furnished with seating, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the surroundings.
