The property offers apartments for three, four, and five persons, each consisting of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The three-bed apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to three adults. The bedroom features a double bed and a single bed.

The four-bed and five-bed apartments are located on the semi-basement level, and due to the cascading layout of the building, they have balconies at the rear.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning units in both the living room and the bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner cooktop, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every fourth day if the reservation is longer than eight days. Private parking is not provided, but a space can usually be found along the street or in the public parking area located opposite the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 8€ per day of stay.
Minimum period of stay is four nights.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the arrangement, a full refund of the paid deposit is possible only if the cancellation is made within 48 hours from the moment of booking and at least 14 days before the start of the arrangement; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
