A beautiful location, close to the sea, a lovely pool, and nature surrounding the hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. Overall, excellent.

Hotel Coral is run by several esteemed individuals. It is a family business, and everyone strives to contribute their part. We stayed in the renovated section. The pictures that Nikana shared with us are accurate. The apartment is nearly new, clean, and the hosts maintain it daily. I heard complaints that the breakfast is monotonous. For us, it was perfectly fine. Everything offered was of very high quality. Dinner did not repeat itself over the course of ten days.

We stayed in a room with standard-sized bunk beds, lacking in significant comfort. The beds are comfortable for sleeping, and the bathroom is spacious with older fixtures. The rooms are cleaned daily, earning a high rating for cleanliness. The terrace is large, offering a magnificent view of the mountains, making it the best part of the accommodation. One of the major drawbacks is that there are no screens on the balcony doors, making it impossible for those who enjoy sleeping with open doors or windows, as there are quite a few mosquitoes in the evening hours. Regarding food, it aligns with the price: Breakfast is standard every day (cold cuts, cheese, boiled egg, croissants, a sweet option - honey or jam, olives, juice or coffee). Dinner is served without choice, meaning only one dish, and during the ten-day period, we only had the same dish once, while the other days were always different. Portions are smaller, which may be insufficient for those with a big appetite, but it was perfectly fine for us. A few minutes' walk leads to a beach with natural shade, where most of the beach is equipped with sun loungers for a standard fee, free with the order of a drink. The loungers are owned by the café that opens onto the beach, where there is a courtyard with loungers in natural shade and a pool suitable for children. There is an option to order food at the café, and right by the beach, there is also a tavern with a wide selection of dishes at reasonable prices. Near the hotel, just a few minutes away on the main road, there is a large supermarket.

The accommodation is clean and tidy, but it is far from being three stars. The furniture is in a state of disrepair. Everyone praises the hospitality of the hosts, yet we did not see any hosts, except for one young man who works at the reception and serves dinner. The food is disgraceful! The portions are suitable for children up to five years old.

The hotel boasts three stars, yet it truly does not deserve a single one. It was a significant disappointment; the food was dreadful, and the portions were insufficient even for children. The breakfast, presented as a "buffet," consisted of one type of salami and cheese that were constantly recycled, along with boiled eggs - what kind of buffet is that? For dinner, you receive a single dish that is not enough to feed even a child. The salad comprises three thinly sliced tomatoes. And the dessert is a mere 30 grams of cream drizzled with a bit of honey, a complete disaster. Hotel Everything appears old and unkempt; there are no mosquito nets on the windows, as they were there but are now torn. The entire place is in dire need of renovation. The Wi-Fi is poor, and the only redeeming quality is the regular change of bed linens and towels. The beach near the hotel is disappointing; if it weren't salty, one might think it was the Danube, as you cannot see your feet. That part of Thassos resembles Olympic Beach. Fortunately, we had a car and traveled up to 30 km in one direction to catch a glimpse of the sea. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel; I would rate it a 2 out of 10.

We visited Potos, many beaches, and a monastery, and along the way, we purchased natural honey and, of course, the essential olive oil. To reach the beach, one must walk a bit or drive to choose a spot. Nearby, there is a large market, and at the other end, close to the Rachoni Bay hotel, is the Gorgona restaurant with excellent food. This is our third time on Thassos, and we have circled the entire island. For those who have not been, the view while taking the ferry is beautiful, with seagulls eating from your hand, and at the beach, we even had the opportunity to see dolphins performing their acrobatics. Our vacation was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, featuring a pool with a bar and a café with a pool and jacuzzi right on the shore. The beach is largely shaded by natural trees. Next to it is the Lykos restaurant, offering an excellent menu, friendly staff, and prices lower than anywhere else on Thassos. A little further away, there is another beautiful beach nestled among pine trees. The surroundings are stunning, with olive trees lining the area. Just 500 meters from the hotel, there is a large supermarket. The hotel staff is exceptionally polite. Breakfast was more or less the same every day, but sufficiently varied. The apartment is spacious, though the furniture is rather old.

I will attempt to briefly describe my stay here. I have been vacationing in Greece for years and overall, I am satisfied. However, I cannot compare my stay here with anything else (in a positive sense). First and foremost, this is a long-standing family business, where employees include close and distant relatives. Everyone is well-meaning and strives to please the guests. In my opinion, the cleanliness exceeds the level of the establishment. I must mention that, given that the hotel has both renovated and unrenovated rooms, the young manager generously assigned us a renovated room, despite the fact that we had paid for an unrenovated one, as there was availability. The pool is very spacious and clean. There is also another pool next to the beach with a jacuzzi that can also be used. The internet is satisfactory, and for those working online, there is a special option available (I also took advantage of the kindness of the accommodating manager for my work). I must admit that we were very demanding guests; we even had some special requests for breakfast, which were fulfilled. I believe that this offer should be taken advantage of, because if there were a kitschy statue or fountain and English grass instead of grass and olive trees in the courtyard, everything would be much more expensive. Kindness and complete dedication to the guest are free of charge. Additionally, kudos to Nikana for the accurate description of the establishment. I almost forgot to mention that, unfortunately, we found out late about the skills of their chef, who is engaged during the day at the beach restaurant and prepares dinner at the hotel in the evening. I would recommend the souvlaki (it was better than anything we have tried in Greece so far). I also note that I am writing all this while preparing to go home, so I could not be more detailed.

The hotel is wonderful, peaceful, and clean, situated in a tranquil area surrounded by olive groves. It has been renovated and features beautiful rooms. We had breakfast included, a buffet that is always varied. Next to the hotel, there is a large, lovely, and clean swimming pool with a bar. The staff is delightful, attentive, warm, and true hosts, always there to assist with anything needed. Overall, the hotel comes highly recommended and is a perfect place for relaxation. The only downside is the third auxiliary bed in the triple room, which is a fold-out. It is fine for small children, but for older kids or adults, it is truly uncomfortable.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my gratitude to Nikana for the accurate description of the hotel; everything stated in the hotel description is true. A charming hotel situated in a beautiful and well-maintained courtyard with ample parking, nestled in the tranquility and silence of olive groves. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the hygiene standards are top-notch. The beach is relatively close (a 5-minute walk). The breakfast, however, was somewhat monotonous. All in all, this is an excellent starting point for exploring the enchanting island. My husband and I stayed from September 5th to September 12th, 2018, and everything was perfect, including the weather. The only downside was that the crowd at the beaches was at the edge of tolerance. We are enamored with this island, but it seems to me that during the season, one can no longer experience all the charms of the island due to the large number of tourists, especially from Romania and Bulgaria.

We stayed at the hotel from July 24 to August 1, 2017, as part of a family vacation. The price-quality ratio is entirely in favor of this hotel. It is situated within an exceptionally well-maintained courtyard, offering more than enough parking space and a pool bar located about twenty meters from the hotel. The beach is less than a three-minute walk away, or five minutes to two beach bars, one of which has a swimming pool. Cleaning was performed daily, while bed linen was changed every third day. Our only complaint is the completely monotonous breakfast, which remained unchanged throughout our stay (Greek yogurt, butter, jam, honey, one type of cheese and salami, coffee, milk, tea, tomato salad, and cheese), but realistically, it is quite sufficient to start the day. They offer the option to prepare dinner, but we did not utilize that option.
