Vintage Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, one of the most popular holiday resorts on Sithonia, known for its lively atmosphere, beautiful beaches and picturesque scenery. It is just 250 metres from the sandy beach, which can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Thanks to its convenient location, Vintage Apartment is an excellent choice for those who wish to stay close to the numerous restaurants, cafés and amenities that this popular resort has to offer.

This apartment offers a warm and functional living space, designed to comfortably accommodate up to four adults. Due to the terraced construction of the building, the entrance to the apartment is at ground-floor level, while the opposite side is situated at first-floor level. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, making it an ideal choice for couples, families or small groups. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is not available.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning units and TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes two cooking hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

A special feature of the apartment is its balcony with outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing while taking in views of the mountain, the surrounding area and the sea in the distance.

Small pets are allowed upon request and at an additional charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment and changing the bed linen and towels themselves. An additional cleaning service is also available at an extra charge.

No private parking space is provided for guests staying at this accommodation. However, free parking is available along the street in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
