Kassandrinos Maria Apartments is one of the most popular and the most beautiful accommodations in Nikiti. It’s completely renovated, very clean and tidy, with tastefully equipped and airy rooms. It’s surrounded by palms and nicely arranged courtyard, close to the beach and pedestrian zone.

The pedestrian zone and the main sandy beach if Nikiti are only 50m away. Nearby, there are cafes, bars, taverns, and restaurants, bakery and grocery store are at 300m, while nicely equipped supermarket Masoutis is 800m away.

They offer seven apartments, one quadruple (30m2) on the ground floor and six triple apartments(25m2) on the first and second floor. Apartments on the second floor have a partial sea view.

The quadruple apartment consists of a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two sofa beds, TV, dining table and a kitchen with a stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and a blender. Both rooms have A/C. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.

The apartments on the first and second floor, are slightly smaller and accommodate 2-3 people. They consist of a bedroom with one double bed and a small living room with one single bed and a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator with a freezer. TV and A/C are in the bedroom, and the balcony can be accessed from both rooms. The bathrooms have a glass shower cabin.

All balconies are spacious, with awning, seating set and tumble dryer. If guests need a hairdryer or laundry service, they can ask the owner. Amenities include mosquito nets and WiFi internet. Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.

In a spacious, arranged and enclosed courtyard in the shade, guests can use gazebo and built-in barbecue, large lawn for running and playing, a part for children and outdoor shower. Private parking is available (with a limited number of spaces), but you can easily park in the vicinity of the accommodation.

The easiest way to reach the apartment is to take a right from the main road at the church, then drive until reach the sea, turn left and continue ahead for 100m towards the Almira restaurant and turn to the street that will lead to the accommodation.

Kassandrinos Maria Apartments is an ideal choice for families with children and for all who’d like to stay in quality, modern and comfortable accommodation close to the beach, pedestrian zone and facilities in Nikiti.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
