It might feel a bit cramped for three adults. The cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory. None of this would have been possible without Maria's exceptional care as the host. The apartment is exceptionally functional (the kitchen is separate from the living area), well-equipped (all new items are present), with a spacious yard (filled with plenty of children's toys) and a very kind landlady who speaks English perfectly and is always at your service. The hygiene is at an admirable level (towels are changed every third day, and every day a cleaner enters the apartment, takes out the trash, and cleans the room and terrace). The apartment is located 50 meters from the city beach. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and Nikiti in general. As for us, we will definitely return next year.

This summer, we spent our time in the Kasandrinos apartment, hosted by the very kind landlady Maria, who speaks excellent English. My wife, our three-and-a-half-year-old child, and I were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodation. In all our travels, we have never encountered anything like it. We received a room with a view of the opposite side, not overlooking the courtyard, which I assume further enhanced the splendid impression of the accommodation. The linens and towels are changed every three days, and the room is also cleaned at that time. All the utensils needed for functioning in a kitchen are provided. There is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is excellent. The water pressure is outstanding, and there was always hot water available (it takes a little while to warm up, but it’s not a big deal). We did not use the courtyard (it is beautiful, just like in the pictures), as we mostly spent our days at the beach and strolled through the town in the evenings. On our last day, we sought the famous honey from Nikiti, along with a recommendation from Maria. She assured us not to worry, that she would procure it for us, and before we left, she brought us 1 kg of honey (the price was €8). All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this family-friendly accommodation without any worries.

The apartment is in excellent condition, just as shown in the pictures. The nearby beach is a city beach and not particularly beautiful. The landlady, Maria, is exceptionally kind, unlike her brother, who owns the other half of the house. He is a very rude and unfriendly man. The problem is that the terrace, as well as the yard (although they look nice in the pictures), is almost unusable. There is a house rule from 14:30 to 17:30 during which it is absolutely forbidden to use the space. Additionally, there is not a trace of natural shade (which is not the case in the pictures), and it is extremely hot.

First, I would like to commend Nikana.gr for their prompt, accurate, and courteous collaboration. They assisted us even with inquiries unrelated to our vacation, and I am grateful for that. We will certainly continue our partnership. Regarding the apartment itself, it completely met our expectations. The apartment is clean, beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The courtyard associated with the apartment is truly a place for enjoyment, especially for small children, as it resembles a small playroom filled with play equipment. Our son had a great time, and we enjoyed it alongside him. The beach is indeed very close, just 3 minutes from the apartment. First, you encounter an area that is free for your own arrangement, and within 3 minutes to the left and right, you have well-maintained sections of the beach where you can enjoy drinks on sun loungers with umbrellas provided by the café or restaurant. The sea is wonderful, clean, and warm. I would also like to praise the apartment owner, Maria, who is very kind and available to assist you at all times for any questions or uncertainties. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and we will likely return to this arrangement again.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, towels are changed every three days, and everything is very clean. The beach is nearby, just a minute or two away on foot, and there are plenty of facilities for children in the villa's courtyard. Maria is exceptionally kind and always accommodating. The only downside is parking - the villa has its own parking, but there isn't enough space for all the guests; however, you can park your car relatively close, so it's not a major issue. I highly recommend Nikiti and these apartments for a vacation.
