Located right next to the sea, on a quiet and separated part of Nikiti, there is Porto Almira Apartments. Privacy, private parking, vicinity from the beach, hot water 24⁄7, fenced yard with sitting sets and tastefully furnished interior of accommodation units are just some of the advantages that this accommodation offers to its guests. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided on the private beach.
Porto Almira Apartments is located in the first row to the sea. The nearest market Smile at the beginning of the walking area and the Nikiti center is about 1200m away. There is a small shop in Egialou street, at about 800m from the accommodation, but it’s not supplied as Smile, so you can get some basic things like water, snacks, etc.
The accommodation offers five accommodation units, one triple apartment on the first floor, a triple apartment on the ground floor, a quadruple duplex apartment on the first floor and two quadruple apartments on the ground floor. The triple apartment on the first floor and the quadruple duplex apartment are located one against the other.
The triple apartment on the first floor has a beautiful direct sea view and it can accommodate two adults and a child aged up to 10 years. The apartment has a shower tray with curtain, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compratment and guests can get a TV on request, but we must emphasize that this would limit the comfort. This apartment has one double bed and an auxiliary bed.
The quadruple duplex apartment has all kitchen elements, stove, large fridge with freezer, necessary dishes, and kitchen utensils. There’s one double bed in the first bedroom, two connected single beds in the second bedroom and in the living room there’s a corner sofa for one adult, but it is more suitable for a child. Each room has access to the terrace. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The apartment has a direct sea view, slightly covered by trees. Only this apartment has satellite TV channels, as well as the internet router, so the signal is stronger here than in the other apartments.
The triple apartment on the ground floor has one double bed in the bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates with two rings and a fridge with freezer, while the bathroom has a shower tray. The veranda of this apartment is partly transient.
Quadruple apartments on the ground floor have two folding armchairs and two single beds (one pulls out like a drawer and it’s used as a separate bed). The kitchen is a bit larger than in the triple apartment.
All apartments are air-conditioned, they have mosquito nets, drying rack and a terrace, while the accommodation units on the ground floor have a transient veranda. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done in the middle of the stay, while the guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartments.
The yard is safe for children because it’s fenced, arranged and it has a grass surface. Private parking with five parking spaces is available to guests. The owners provided a total of ten sunbeds (a pair per accommodation unit) and five umbrellas on a private beach.
At the entrance to Nikiti, at the traffic light, turn to the right into Neakitou Street and continue straight ahead until you almost reach the beach. Before exiting to the promenade and the beach, turn to the right into the first street and go straight ahead (passing by Marina Hotel) through Egialou Street (partly unpaved, about the last 500m) for about 1km until you reach Porto Almira Apartments. If you are confused, right next to this accommodation is Mina’s House, so the receptive owners will surely direct you to the right place.
Apart from numerous advantages, the accommodation has one flaw. According to previous guests’ experiences, WiFi internet is not stable, except in the duplex apartment, so you should keep this in mind if this accommodation is your favorite and you need a quality internet connection to work.

Porto Almira Apartments, with five residential units, is situated directly on a quiet beach section, 800m from the Nikiti village center.
All apartments have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture, living room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. They are nicely furnished and can be used by 2-4 persons with an extra bed in the living room. A larger apartment with two bedrooms is equipped with a satellite TV. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning. All windows and terraces or balconies are equipped with fly screens. WiFi internet is available everywhere. The kitchenette is equipped with the necessary utensils (cooker, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, etc.). Weekly, towels and linen replacement is part of our service. Beach towels are not provided.
A well-groomed sandy beach and the blue sea invite you to sunbathe, dream and bathe. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided free of charge by us.
The village of Nikiti is located about 100km from Thessaloniki airport, at the beginning of the Halkidiki’s Sithonia peninsula. A transfer from and to the airport is offered for a fee of 120e.
The peninsula Sithonia invites you with beautiful, original landscape and numerous bays for trips. In Nikiti there’s the possibility to rent a car or a scooter.
It is worth taking a stroll through the old village of Nikiti (one of the oldest preserved villages of Greece), situated above the village core on a mountain slope. Walk through the old streets with their natural stone houses, which are mostly still inhabited. The quiet and idyllic path takes you to the highest point of the village, the church. From there you have a beautiful panoramic view over the village and the sea, to the Halkidiki finger Kassandra.
In the Nikiti village like, with a small fishing port, there are numerous shopping opportunities, taverns and a bank with ATM. On the beach promenade, you will find cafes, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. In the evening, you can enjoy the lively beach life with frappe (ice coffee) or colourful village life with ouzo or retsina.

Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Minimum stay is seven nights. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
