Our description

Erosaria Suites is a newly-built, high-quality and modernly furnished accommodation at a walking distance from the promenade and the beach in Nikiti. It's distinguished by its quality, excellent location, comfort, spacious accommodation units and high-level hygiene, so it's an excellent choice for guests who prefer quality and absolute safety when choosing accommodation.

It's located 400m from the city beach and the promenade in Nikiti. The beach is sandy, with gradual depth and small pebbles in the first 3-4m (but not everywhere, there are sandy entrances in certain places along the beach). Supermarket Masoutis is at about 600m, while the grocery store and bakery are only 250m away.

The accommodation was built in 2018 and the owners made sure that the service is at the hotel level. They offer three standard apartments for 3-4 persons, four two-level maisonettes for 4-5 persons, and one double loft studio.

Standard apartments (42m2) are located on the high ground floor (apartment 101 nine steps above the ground level, and apartments 102 and 103 two steps above the ground level). The kitchen is equipped with a mini-oven with hotplates, electric kettle, fridge and a dining table. In the living room with a kitchen, there's a TV, and next to it is the bathroom with a large shower cabin. All apartments have a private terrace (about 6m2, except apartment 101 that has 10m2 terrace). In the bedroom, there's one double bed, while in the living room with a kitchen there's a folding sofa (apartment 101 - for three persons), or two single beds (apartments 102 and 103 - for four persons).

Maisonettes (48m2) have two levels. In the living room with a kitchen, there's a small oven with two rings, fridge and a dining table. One maisonette on the lower level has two sofa beds out of which one is foldable (104), two maisonettes have one folding armchair and one folding sofa bed (105 and 106), and one maisonette has one folding armchair and two sofa beds out of which one is for one person and other for two persons. The exit to the terrace is along the entire wall is and the curtains in front of the balcony doors are photo impervious, so absolute privacy is guaranteed. There is a table with chairs on the terrace. On the upper level, i.e. the gallery connected by the internal stairs, there is one double bed and air conditioning. The gallery of the two maisonettes (104 and 105) is open, while the galleries in the remaining two maisonettes (106 and 107) function as separate bedrooms separated by a wall and a door. The bathroom is spacious, with a glass shower cabin, i.e. a shower separated by glass partition. Two maisonettes on the ground floor have an enclosed porch with the awning.

The double loft studio (30m2) has one double bed, hot plate and fridge, air conditioning, TV and bathroom with a glass shower cabin (studio 108).

Accommodation units are soundproof, they have internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer and the front door has safety locks. Clean bedlinen and towels are available after every three nights, and guests do the replacement by themselves and take care of the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay. Small pets are welcome upon agreement with the owners.

Around the accommodation, there's an enclosed courtyard with a lawn, as well as private parking, which is a great advantage, especially in the high the season when Nikiti is crowded and there's not enough place to park.

Quiet hours are from 14:30-17:30.

After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, continue ahead until you see the church on the right. At the church turn right and drive ahead for about 400m until you see this accommodation on the left.

Owners description

In an idyllic green environment on Sithonia (Halkidiki), with the splendid coastline, where the pine perfume springs in combination with the wonderful honey and the salt of the sea that reaches up to its sweaty shores, the blue waters of Toroneos, we created a friendly enchanting complex of luxurious residences, 10 minutes from the sea, supermarket, pastry shops and cafe bar.

Each apartment accommodates 2-5 people and all have a large veranda overlooking the beautiful, lush garden with flowers, for unforgettable moments.

Apartments are spacious, with a large balcony (6m2) with table and chairs, one double orthopaedic bed, A/C, 32'' smart TV, internet with personal code and security doors. There's a large bathroom with cabin and personal care items (hand soap, towels and hairdryer), as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring dishes, glasses, forks, pots, kettle, cutlery, electric baking oven and fridge. No. 102 and 103 are quadruple apartments, with one double and two single beds.

Maisonettes are spacious, with a large balcony (6m2) with table and chairs, security doors, A/C, 32'' smart TV and internet with a personal code. The internal staircase leads to a double orthopaedic bed and a large wardrobe. On the ground floor, there's one single orthopaedic sofa that becomes a bed, a large bathroom with cabin and personal care items (hand soap, towels and hairdryer), as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring dishes, glasses, forks, pots, kettle, cutlery, electric baking oven and fridge. No. 104 is a maisonette on the ground floor, with one double bed and two double sofa beds. No. 105 is a maisonette on the ground floor, with one double bed, one double and a single sofa bed. No. 106 and 107 are maisonettes on the first floor, with one double bed, one double and a single sofa bed.

The loft (No. 108) is a superb, comfortable, bright room for two people. There is one double orthopaedic bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a large bathroom with a shower cabin, a huge wardrobe, A/C, 32'' smart TV, WiFi internet and a large furnished balcony with a panoramic view.
