Erosaria Suites is a newly built, high-quality, and modern accommodation within walking distance from the promenade and beach in Nikiti. It stands out for its quality, excellent location, comfort, spacious units, and impeccable cleanliness, making it a great choice for guests who value quality and absolute safety when choosing accommodation.
It is located 400 meters from the town beach and the promenade zone in Nikiti. The beach is sandy, with a gradual depth and small pebbles in the first 3–4 meters (though in some areas, there are fully sandy entries as well). It is about 600 meters from the Masoutis supermarket, and only 250 meters from a grocery store and bakery.
The accommodation was built in 2018, and the owners have ensured that the service is at a hotel level. It offers three standard apartments that can host 3–4 people, four maisonettes for 4–5 people on two levels, and one double studio.
Standard apartments (42m²) are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven with two hotplates, an electric kettle, a fridge, and a dining table. In the living room with the kitchen, there is a TV, and from the room, you enter a bathroom equipped with a spacious shower cabin. All apartments have a private terrace (around 6m², except for apartment 101 which has a 10m² terrace). The bedroom contains a double bed, and the living room with kitchen has a sofa (apartment 101 – for three people) or two single beds (apartments 102 and 103 – for four people).
Maisonettes (48m²) have two levels. In the living room with the kitchen, there is a small oven with two hotplates, a fridge, and a dining table. One maisonette has two sofas on the lower level and a double bed on the upper level (104), another has two sofas below and a double bed above (105), while maisonettes 106 and 107 have three single beds on the lower level and one double bed upstairs. Along the entire wall, there is access to the terrace, and blackout curtains ensure absolute privacy. The terrace features a small table with chairs. On the upper level, connected by internal stairs, there is a double bed and an air conditioner. Bathrooms in all maisonettes are spacious, with a glass shower or glass-separated shower space. Two ground-floor maisonettes (104 and 105) have enclosed verandas with awnings.
The double studio (30m²) features one double bed, a hotplate, a fridge, air conditioning, a TV, and a bathroom with a glass shower cabin (studio 108).
All units are soundproofed, have internet access, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and security locks on the doors. Clean bed linen and towels are provided every three nights, and guests are responsible for their own cleaning and linen changes during their stay.
The accommodation is surrounded by a fenced yard with a lawn, and there is private parking available—a great advantage, especially during the peak season when parking is hard to find in Nikiti.
Quiet hours are observed from 14:30 to 17:30.
After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, continue straight until you see the church on your right. Turn right at the church and continue for about 400 meters until you see the accommodation on your left.
