Our description
Kalouda Studios is located in a tranquil setting in Nikiti, just a couple of hundred meters from the beach and promenade. Offering four apartments, privacy is guaranteed due to the small number of units, and guests also have access to wireless internet and a beautifully landscaped, secure courtyard.
The accommodation is situated about 270 meters from the town beach and the promenade with bars and taverns, about 500 meters from the first major supermarket below the main road (Galaksias), and only 200 meters from the Zorbas bakery and butcher shop.
The quadruple apartments (4 Bed Apartment, Ground Floor, and 4 Bed Apartment) feature a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen, while the 2 Bedroom Apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen. All units have fully equipped kitchens with a stove, fridge with a freezer, and all necessary utensils, private terraces/verandas with laundry drying racks. All units are air-conditioned, with wireless internet, TV, mosquito nets. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain, as well as a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The accommodation courtyard is fenced, small, with a lovely grassy area and a fountain. There are seven steps leading up to the courtyard from the street level. Private parking is not provided, so guests usually park on the street in front.
The accommodation is easily accessible - turning off the main road after the church (on the right side of the main road), continue towards the beach for 400 meters, then turn right and drive 50 meters, then turn left into the alley and continue for about 70 meters. The street in front of the accommodation is unpaved.
If you are looking for decent accommodation in a good location, close to all amenities in Nikiti, Kalouda Studios could be an excellent choice for you.

Kalouda Studios is the accommodation in Nikiti, at the Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki. Here, you can enjoy your holiday in a peaceful and clean place only 300m from the beach. Built on three levels, Kalouda Studios offers four apartments for four or six persons.
Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
The hospitality of extra persons is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Thessaloniki is 100km away and the nearest airport is Macedonia (SKG) at 88km.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Hteli bi da proverimo da li je slobodan smeštaj 12- 22.08.2023. Polazak može biti i 13 ili 14.08 na 10 dana, dvoje odraslih i 3 dece. Bitno je da kreveti za decu nisu na sprat, već klasični. Da li postoji dvorište ili terasa i može da s koristi za igru dece. I kolilo je udaljeno od centra mesta? Ima li u samom mestu sadržaja za decu, luna park ili sl. Hvala
