Our description

Aiolis Studios is located in the center of Porto Koufo, on a hill, with a breathtaking sea and mountain view. The great location is one of its great advantages.

It is 200m away from the beach, and it is very close to the taverns and the shops.

Aiolis Studios only has double rooms and studios with a balcony or veranda overlooking the sea. Accommodation units are neat and arranged, each one with a double bed.

The double standard rooms are without kitchen and they are located on the first floor. They have a fridge and basic utensils, air conditioning and satellite TV channels, wireless internet as well as iron. Standard studios are located on the ground floor and have fully equipped kitchenette. Deluxe studios are located on the highest floor, they are the most spacious and have the most beautiful view of the sea. They have a private barbecue on the large veranda, and the kitchen is fully equipped. If necessary, an extra bed can be added. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every three days.

Accommodation is located in a spacious courtyard with lots of olive trees and shade, sitting area for dining and a barbecue. The owners are very kind and helpful, and private parking is provided for all guests.

You can reach Aiolis by driving to the port when you enter the village. About 50 meters from the port, on a small hill, you will see Aiolos accommodation.

Owners description

Aiolis is located at the center of Porto Koufo's harbor. Builded on the highest spot of the bay, overlooking the sea, offers a breathtaking view of the port and the mountain around it.

The sight of the harbor from above is unique, as huge rocks rising above the bay, which looks incredible as a lake, since the very small opening to the sea is barely visible.

Porto Koufo was the ancient port of Toroneos, a safe anchorage for the Toronian ships. The port has up to now its ancient name. It is the safest and the biggest natural harbor in Greece and is almost always filled with all kind of vessels.

Today is a quiet little village of fishermen that smells fresh fish.

Aiolis Studios is centrally located in Porto Koufo of Sithonia, just 80 meters from the sandy beach and within a short walk from tavernas and mini markets.

Aiolis Studios established in 1997. and renovated in 2015. in order to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy moments of relaxation. In our large olive tree garden with the sea view, immerse yourself into the magic and relax in the tranquillity of the sea breeze.

All are equipped with King size beds and sea view balconies or terraces, just 80 meters from the sandy beach with the crystal blue waters. Aiolis Studios are tastefully decorated with modern furnishings in blue tones. Pets are more than welcomed.

The Standard plus Kitchen Studios are cozy studios which offer all the modern amenities and comforts and can accommodate two persons. The tints, blue colours dominate the spaces- along with a few navy brush strokes. All these, combined with the sea view and the playful design of the rooms create the exact conditions of relaxing and calmness. All these Studios are located on the ground floor, they are sunny and bright, and are characterized by their offering of sea view, comfort, their high-quality materials and their superb decoration.

The Standard Studios are cozy studios which offer all the Modern amenities and comforts and can accommodate two persons. The tints, blue colours dominate the spaces- along with a few navy brush strokes. All these, combined with the sea view and the playful design of the rooms create the exact conditions of relaxing and calmness. All these Studios are located on the first floor, they are sunny and bright, and are characterized by their offering of an amazing sea view, comfort, their high-quality materials and their superb decoration.

The Deluxe Studios are cozy studios which offer all the modern amenities and comforts and can accommodate up to three persons (2+1). The tints, blue colours dominate the spaces- along with a few green brush strokes. All these, combined with the big terrace, which offers a breathtaking sea view and the playful design of the rooms create the exact conditions of relaxing and calmness. Sit on the terrace, enjoy the amazing sea view of the bay, and immerse yourself into the magic and the tranquillity of the sea breeze.
