In a quiet part of Nikiti, just a few steps from the sandy beach there is the Amber Blue House. The building is newly built, it is characterized by a modern interior and family rooms designed with taste. Since there is only one accommodation unit, this house is ideal for those who want complete privacy.
The nearest sandy beach is only 70m away from the accommodation, as well as a promenade with taverns and cafes. A bakery where you can enjoy Greek pastries is 500m away. The Masoutsis supermarket is located on the main road and is about 700m away, while Lidl is about 1km away from the accommodation.
It is a house with a gallery (67m2), and upon entering you will find yourself in a beautiful salon, quite bright as one whole wall is made of glass doors. This glass door leads to the balcony which has a side sea view. The salon has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The dining room set visually separates the living room from the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils, as well as a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and access to a balcony overlooking the yard and nearby houses. The gallery, which is not physically separated, has two single beds as well as a window, which gives it plenty of natural light. The accommodation has one bathroom with shower cabin, which is located on the lower level.
All rooms have smart TV and the ability to watch movies via Netflix, as well as air conditioning and mosquito nets. Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning is done every four days.
The yard is fenced, it has beautifully maintained lawn, and you can also use the barbecue. The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park your vehicle right in front of the house.
The easiest way to get to the apartment is if you turn right from the main road, from the direction of Thessaloniki, to Nikiti near the church, drive to the sea, and then continue left along the beach for the next 250m. Then turn left and after about 70m you will see the accommodation on the right.
If you want a quiet, family vacation, where in just a minute’s walk you will be on a sandy beach and the main promenade with a handful of cafes, bars and taverns, Amber Blue House may be the right choice for you.

An excellent accommodation located just 30 meters from the beach, promenade, and the nearest restaurants. Truly, I highly recommend it.
