Spathies Maisonette is a spacious house, ideal for a group friends or two families. It is located around 500m from the Spathies beach, while the closest city is Nikiti.
It is consisted of three bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two toilets. In one bedroom there are a double and a single bed, in the second one one double bed and a baby cot, while in the third one there are two single beds. In the living room there are a sofa and an armchair, together with a table with chairs and a television. In the kitchen there is a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with hotplates, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a washing machine and all necessary cutlery. In the bathroom there is a bathtub.
The house has internet, mosquito nets, balcony on the upper floor and on the ground floor with table and chairs, hair dryer, private parking and a garden with barbecue.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
