Spathies Hideaway Maisonette is situated in a peaceful and quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday, approximately 170 meters from the beautiful Spathies Beach. The beach consists of two separate coves, one smaller and one larger, offering a unique atmosphere and a sense of privacy. The sea is turquoise and crystal clear, the sand is fine and pleasant to walk on, and the water is calm and shallow – perfect for swimming. About 350 meters away is the renowned Kalogria Beach, which provides excellent swimming conditions, as well as a selection of beachfront restaurants and bars for additional enjoyment during your stay. This location is ideal for families and couples who wish to enjoy a tranquil setting surrounded by nature.
A three-bedroom apartment is available, designed as a maisonette and spread over two levels—the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor features a living room, a dining area with a kitchen, and a bathroom, while the upper floor includes three bedrooms, an additional bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a double bed and an armchair for one person, and the third has a sofa bed for two people. In the living room, there is one sofa and one single bed.
A baby cot is available on request and free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation (A/C in each bedroom) offers free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four stovetop burners, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and an espresso coffee maker.
Guests can relax on the ground-floor veranda or the upstairs balcony, both furnished with seating sets and perfect for unwinding. There is also a well-kept garden with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals and gatherings.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for cleaning during their stay. A clean set of bed linen and towels is provided, which guests can change themselves. Guests shall be liable for any damage that occurs during their stay, except for any normal wear and tear that might appear on the property’s assets. Guests shall keep the property in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. In the event of any damage caused during your stay a ‘damage fee’ may be applied.
