For reservations for period from 01.07.2025 to 14.07.2025, there is a discounted price of 300 euros per day.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Spathies Maisonette is located in a small and quiet setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday, about 500 meters from the beautiful Spathies Beach. The beach consists of two separate coves, one small and one larger, offering a unique atmosphere and a sense of privacy. The water is turquoise and crystal clear, the sand is fine and soft underfoot, and the sea is calm and shallow—perfect for swimming. This location is ideal for families and couples looking to enjoy a peaceful environment surrounded by nature.
The available accommodation is a three-bedroom apartment in the form of a maisonette, spread over two levels—the ground floor and the first floor. On the lower level, there is a living room, dining area with a kitchen, and a bathroom, while the upper level includes three bedrooms, another bathroom, and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a double bed and a single sofa, and the third has a sofa that can sleep two. An additional bed can be added upon request.
A baby cot is available on request and free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four stovetop burners, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
