Description
Nikiti Luxury Living is a modern complex located outside of Nikiti and has everything you need for a real vacation and enjoyment. Just some of the many amenities available to guests are: swimming pool, barbecue, large playground for children and private parking.
The complex is located about 4km from Nikiti and about 550m from the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Ioannis. The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, while Lidl is about 3 km away.
It offers two maisonettes and one apartment.
The apartment (75m2) is located on the first floor and is equipped with two bedrooms with one double bed each. One room has an exit to the balcony. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has two air conditioners.
The maisonette (100m2) is entered from the first floor.
It is equipped the same as the apartment.
The kitchen has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine and all the necessary dishes.
The bathroom has a shower, and a hair dryer is also available. The accommodation has a washing machine, the use of which is included in the price.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have internet, TV and mosquito nets.
Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are done halfway through the stay.
A baby cot is available on request, and pets are also allowed.
In the spacious and well-decorated and fenced yard there is a swimming pool, a common barbecue, a children's playground with slides and swings, a volleyball net, as well as a large parking lot with enough space for all the guests.
Accommodation will be easy to find - driving along the main road, after passing Lidl, turn right after 3.2 km and you will see it immediately on your right.
Nikiti Luxury Living Apartments can be an excellent choice for families with children and guests who want accommodation with a swimming pool and a spacious yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
