Luxury Nikitis House is located far from the crowd and all the happenings, in a very quiet location in the old part of Nikiti. Ideal for families looking for a peaceful holiday.
It is about 1.5 km from the sandy beach and the promenade in Nikiti.
It offers one house (85m2) that can accommodate up to six adults. In the living room with the kitchen, which is located on the upper ground floor, there are one three-seater and one two-seater sofas, from there you can go out to a large and covered balcony with a sea view from a distance. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, a stove and a large refrigerator. On the first floor there is one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. Next to the room there is a bathroom with a shower and a curtain. A hair dryer and a washing machine are also available to the guests. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, and next to the room there is a toilet.
There are three air conditioners in the house, one in each room, internet, TV in the living room, and mosquito nets on the windows.
Cleaning of the house, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay. Pets are not allowed.
There is a barbecue in the yard next to the seating area, and private parking is provided.
If you want a quiet and comfortable vacation, far from all the happenings, and if privacy is important to you, Luxury Nikitis House can be an ideal choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
