Our description
Accommodation Kaili's House is located in the very center of Nikiti, close to the beach and the amenities this place offers. Despite being in the center of the town, the house is situated in a peaceful location, making it a good choice for visitors seeking a tranquil vacation in the heart of all the happenings in this charming town.
It is approximately 50m away from the beach, promenade, numerous taverns, and cafes. A smaller supermarket, Happy, is located about 300m away, while larger supermarkets, Galaksias and Masutis, are situated at distances of 1km and 1.5km from the property, respectively.
There are a total of eight accommodation units - five triple studios and three two-bedroom six-bed apartments, spread on the upper ground floor and on the first floor.
The studios have one double bed and a folding armchair. The apartments, consisting of a living room with a kitchen, have a sofa for two people, two single beds in one bedroom, and one double bed in the other bedroom.
The kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a cooker with two burners, a coffee machine, and necessary utensils. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin.
All units have a terrace with a table and chairs, facing the street, and from the terrace, you can also partially see the sea.
All accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets.
Daily cleaning is provided, and towels and bed linen are changed every three nights.
The accommodation does not have a courtyard, and therefore, no private parking, but it is possible to park your vehicle on the street in front of the property.
To reach the accommodation, you will turn right at the traffic lights on the main road, drive straight to the port, then turn left and drive along the promenade for 200m. After the fast-food place Gyromania, you will need to turn left into the street, and after 50 meters, you will see the house on your left.
Kaili's House can be an excellent choice for guests who prioritize cleanliness and proximity to the coast when choosing accommodation for their vacation.

Kaili's House is located in the center of the new village and a 5-minute walk from Nikiti's beach and restaurants.
Ideal if you want peace but at the same time to be within walking distance of all the "action" of Nikiti.
Kaili's House consists of eight fully renovated rooms that can accommodate from four to six people.
It is a family business located on the beach of Nikiti Halkidiki! The complex is only 20 meters from the beautiful beach and the pedestrian street of the village!
In just 20 meters you can find restaurants, fast food, organized beach bars, pizzerias and activities for everyone!
We are waiting for you for an unforgettable summer!

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacina je fantasticna. Na 30m od plaze i glavnog setalista. Pogled na more sa terase. Apartman je nov kao i sve u njemu od namestaja itd.. uredno cisto. Posteljinu i peskire su menjali na 2/3 dana. Svaki dan se cisti apartman. Vlasnica ljubazna. Kao i osoblje koje cisti. Svkaka preporuka. Dobili smo i parking mesto. Sve pohvale i preporuke

Poštovani, Zadovoljni smo letovanjem preko Vas. Sve pozitivno što smo pročitali o smeštaju i Vama bilo je tako. Zaslužujete svaku pohvalu. Apartman se nalazi blizu plaže, čist je, komforan. Jedino što nedostaju tende na terasi pa se ne može sedeti na njoj u najtoplijem delu dana. Mada to nije bio veliki problem, jer je apartman prostran i komforan. Sobe su ciste i uredne. Cisti se svaki dan. Dusek udoban. Zenica koja održava smestaj jako ljubazna kao i gazdarica. Dobili smo poklon dobrodošlice😊

Blizina plaže ogromna prednost, na svega 5 koraka. Mi smo bili u 3bed studiu, jako mali studio, ali preuredan, sve nove stvari, fensi... Za razliku od polovine Grka sa starudijama. Nema ormara, ali ima one visilica za ofingere. Ne zatvara se tuš kabina pa malo prska, ali u suštini se možete okupati da voda ne izadje ukoliko to radite normalnim mlazom. Sve terase imaju bočni pogled na more, more se lepo vidi. Sam centar dešavanja. Gazdarica predivna

Postovani, hvala Vama na profesionalnosti, odlični ste. Ono sto se nama nije dopalo jeste sto je nas apartman, a i cela vila apsolutno celog dana na Suncu. Jedina vila u okolini koja nema tende na terasi Jako Sunce koja prži terase celog dana stvara nemogućnost boravka na istoj, a sobe su veoma male i jedini sto za ručavanje je na terasi. Takodje terasa i sobe prepune su mrava. Blizina glavnoj ulici daje jaku buku cele noći.

Smeštaj je nov i lepo održavan, posteljina i peškiri su novi i menjaju se na 3 dana,plaža je bukvalno na 100m.Najveca zamerka je nedostatak ormara u smeštaju kao i lezaj na razvlacenje u dnevnom boravku.Za odrasle osobe neudoban,jer je dusek pretanak pa se oseća metalna konstrukcija .
