Hotel Description

Accommodation Kaili’s House is located in the very center of Nikiti, close to the beach and the amenities this place offers. Despite being in the center of the town, the house is situated in a peaceful location, making it a good choice for visitors seeking a tranquil vacation in the heart of all the happenings in this charming town.

It is approximately 50m away from the beach, promenade, numerous taverns, and cafes. A smaller supermarket, Happy, is located about 300m away, while larger supermarkets, Galaksias and Masutis, are situated at distances of 1km and 1.5km from the property, respectively.

There are a total of eight accommodation units - five triple studios and three two-bedroom six-bed apartments, spread on the upper ground floor and on the first floor.

The studios have one double bed and a folding armchair. The apartments, consisting of a living room with a kitchen, have a sofa for two people, two single beds in one bedroom, and one double bed in the other bedroom.

The kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a cooker with two burners, a coffee machine, and necessary utensils. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin. All units have a terrace with a table and chairs, facing the street, and from the terrace, you can also partially see the sea.

All accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Daily cleaning is provided, and towels and bed linen are changed every three nights.

The accommodation does not have a courtyard, and therefore, no private parking, but it is possible to park your vehicle on the street in front of the property.

To reach the accommodation, you will turn right at the traffic lights on the main road, drive straight to the port, then turn left and drive along the promenade for 200m. After the fast-food place Gyromania, you will need to turn left into the street, and after 50 meters, you will see the house on your left.

Kaili’s House can be an excellent choice for guests who prioritize cleanliness and proximity to the coast when choosing accommodation for their vacation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
