Owners description
Three Cats Apartment received its first guests in June 2023 and is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, Halkidiki, 750m from the beach.
The apartment, which is located on the ground floor of a newly built residential building, has one bedroom and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child who would share a bed with their parents. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa for two people, and this sofa is big enough for two adults and one child to sleep on it.
This air-conditioned apartment features free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
As part of this apartment, the guests have at their disposal a private, fenced, and landscaped yard of 90m2, which is in the shade after noon and which includes a clothes dryer, deck chair, table, and chairs intended for the youngest guests.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on one of the two verandas equipped with tables and chairs, or relaxing on a deck chair, while your little ones can spend time in the yard using the facilities intended for them.
A baby cot and baby feeding chair are available on request, included in the price.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves. If the period of stay is longer than 10 days, within the price, there is a service for cleaning the apartment, as well as changing bed linen and towels.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Three Cats Apartment is at a distance of 88 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
