Accommodation Three Cats is located in a quieter part of Nikiti, not far from the center. It is modern and beautifully furnished, with a spacious courtyard offering natural shade, making it an excellent choice for families with children.

Situated about 750m from the sandy beach, 550m from the medical clinic and pharmacy, with one of the larger supermarkets around 400m away.

It features a one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a newly built residential building, suitable for up to four adults and one child sharing a bed with parents. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people, large enough for two adults and one child to sleep on. The apartment is air-conditioned, with an additional air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Guests have access to WiFi, TV, a bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

There is also a large private, fenced, and well-maintained courtyard, equipped with a clothes dryer, sunbed, table, and chairs for the youngest guests. Two verandas with seating sets are also available for guests to relax and enjoy, while children can play in the yard with dedicated amenities.

Parking is provided for guests of the accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Upon request, the owners can provide a baby cot and high chair within the price.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment and changing the linens and towels provided. For stays longer than 10 days, cleaning service and linen/towel change are included in the price.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 100% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
