Leon Villas is a completely new complex located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coast. This accommodation is 300 meters from the beach and 2 km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.

The complex offers bright and airy studios and apartments, modernly decorated in pastel tones, located on the ground floor and the first floor, and designed to accommodate up to six adults.

The triple studios located in the semi-basement have a double bed and a single bed. Triple studios (standard or deluxe) feature a double bed and either a pull-out bed integrated into the double bed or a fold-out armchair. Standard quadruple studios on two levels have a sofa bed for two people within the kitchen area, and a double bed on the open gallery.

Family quadruple studios on two levels have a double bed in the kitchen area and two single beds on the open gallery.

Quadruple apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The six-bed apartments, which are maisonettes on two levels, have a sofa bed for two people in the kitchen area, and one double bed both in the bedroom and on the open gallery.

A baby crib is available on request and is included in the price.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and offer free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a hairdryer, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

You can enjoy pleasant moments overlooking the garden and the pool, either on a veranda or a balcony — depending on the floor — both furnished with outdoor seating.

In the beautifully arranged and well-maintained courtyard, with stone paths, a lawn like a green carpet, a lush garden, and charming lighting that makes evenings especially romantic, you can cool off in the pool or relax on the loungers by the water.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Housekeeping is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.

Laundry service is available free of charge for guests, but guests are required to provide their own detergent.

A parking space is provided for guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
