Aelia Luxury Apartments is a complex located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts. This accommodation is 270m from the beach and 2.7km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.

As part of this accommodation, there are studios, located on the ground floor and the first floor, and that can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child up to the age of 16.

The double studio, which is adapted for the stay of people with disabilities, has a double bed. The three-bed studios have a double bed and one bed for one person, the four-bed studios, which are maisonettes on two levels, have a bathroom and a kitchen area with one double bed, on the lower level, which is on the level of the first floor, while on the upper level, in the attic, there is an open gallery with a sleeping area in which there are two beds for one person, while the five-bed studios additionally have a sofa for one person in the kitchen area.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

The air-conditioned accommodation units, with the maisonettes having independent cooling units on each level, provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramics hotplates, a microwave oven, a standard fridge with freezer chamber, kettle, and toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.

Your stay can be made more pleasant by relaxing on one of the three common balconies equipped with comfortable garden furniture, while your kids can spend time on the swings that are an integral part of this yard.

Reception services are available to guests from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Accommodation units are cleaned daily during the stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day. The guests of the accommodation are provided, within the price, a laundry service.

A limited number of parking spaces are provided for accommodation guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
