Adams House is located in the vicinity of Nikiti, situated at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts, and at a distance of 350m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches with turquoise blue water, Koviou Beach.

Within this accommodation, studios and apartments are available, arranged on the ground floor and the first floor, intended for accommodation of up to five adults. The stay of children under the age of two is not allowed in this accommodation.

Triple studios have a double bed and one single bed, while quadruple studios additionally have an extra single bed. Apartments, structured as maisonettes on two levels, have on the lower level, which is on the first-floor level, a living room with a sofa for one person, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom with two connected single beds. They have a double bed within an open gallery on the upper level, which is on the second-floor level.

These air-conditioned units, with air conditioning on the lower level of the maisonettes and a fan on the upper level, offer guests free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a stove with two hotplates, and a small oven in the studios, while the apartments are equipped with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the courtyard, depending on the floor, on the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating sets.

Making your stay even more enjoyable, there is the option to barbecue with family and friends, as well as plenty of space for relaxation and peace in this well-kept and landscaped yard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done by the guests themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.

Parking space is provided within the courtyard for accommodation guests.

Stays for persons younger than 2 years are not approved.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
