Blanco Art House is located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula. Nestled in a peaceful environment rich in greenery, it offers a sense of relaxation and privacy, making it the perfect place for a vacation and an ideal balance between natural beauty and modern comfort. This accommodation is situated 450m from the beach and 2.5km from the old town of Nikiti, which is especially romantic during the evening hours.

Structurally, this villa is a three-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the ground level, which is at the same level as the courtyard, there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the second level, corresponding to the first floor, there is a spacious living room that includes a sofa bed for two people. The third level, equivalent to the second floor, features a bathroom and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds.

This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with two air conditioning units, offers guests amenities such as a TV, two fans, a hairdryer, a washing machine, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests have access to a veranda and four balconies overlooking the courtyard, all furnished with seating areas.

Their stay can be further enhanced with the option of barbecue preparation, while there is ample space for relaxation in the pleasant surroundings of the yard.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
