Blanco Art House is located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is 450m away from the beach and 2.5km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.
Structured as a three-level maisonette, this villa can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the lower level, at ground level, there are the kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the second level, corresponding to the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a two-person sofa. The third level, corresponding to the second floor, comprises a bathroom and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds.
This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with two independent air conditioning units, offers guests amenities such as a TV, two fans, a hairdryer, a washing machine, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
