Iliannas Villa is situated between Metamorfosi and Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts, and 750m from the nearest beach and 3.2km from the most popular resort of Sithonia - Nikiti.
According to its structure, Iliannas Villa is a maisonette on three levels intended for a maximum of eight adults and two children. On the first level of the villa, which is at the level of the upper ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a bedroom, and a bathroom; on the second level, which is on the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the third level, in the attic, there is another bedroom and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, one of which additionally has a sofa for two people, while the remaining two bedrooms have two beds for one person each.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which two bedrooms have fans instead of air-conditioning, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, both in the living room and in two bedrooms, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, three bathrooms with toiletries and cosmetics, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, and espresso and filter coffee machine.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard and the sea from a distance, on one of the five furnished balconies.
In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, you can find a lot of content, both for you and your kids, whether you want to drink your favorite drinks on one of the seating sets in the yard, or in the summer kitchen with a built-in grill specially created for that purpose enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends, while your youngest have fun on the swing or slide that are an integral part of this property.
The cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Iliannas Villa is located 24 km from the popular resort of Neos Marmaras, 47 km from Sarti, and 85 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
