Hotel Description

Iliannas Villa is located between Metamorfozis and Nikitia, 750 meters from the nearest beach and about 3 km from the center of Nikitia. Modernly equipped and comfortable accommodation in a spacious yard is an ideal choice for several families with children.

According to its structure, the maisonette on three levels is intended for a maximum of eight adults and four children. On the first floor of the villa, which is at the level of the upper ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa for one and two people. On the second level, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as an additional kitchenette with a refrigerator. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other. On the third level, in the attic, there is another bedroom with a double bed, a sofa for one person and a private bathroom.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning in all rooms, guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and an espresso and filter coffee machine.

The villa has five balconies with furnished seating, from which you have a view of the yard and the sea in the distance.

In the beautifully decorated, spacious and well-maintained yard, guests are provided with a variety of facilities. Some of them are a summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue, swings and a slide for children, a seating area and a summer shower.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation in agreement with the owner. For guests who stay with their pets in the accommodation, a deposit is required, which is returned upon check-out, if the accommodation is returned in the condition in which it was received.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay, while the change of towels and bed linen is not provided, but is done at the end of the stay. A cleaning service is also available for an additional fee.

Guests are provided with a private parking space.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 15€ per night.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 500€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
