Kalli's Apartments is located in Nikiti, a tourist destination with a beautifully landscaped, long promenade filled with numerous modern bars, restaurants, pastry shops, and taverns. It is a newly built property that offers comfortable and bright accommodation units, modernly equipped, with comfortable and functional furniture.
The accommodation is 600m away from the city beach and 2.2km from the old part of Nikiti. The large Masoutis supermarket is only 200m away from the accommodation.
There are two apartments available for four or five people and two maisonettes suitable for six people.
One apartment, suitable for people with disabilities, is located on the first floor and can be accessed via a ramp. The bedroom has a double bed, while the kitchen area has a sofa for two. The apartment is intended for two adults and two children or three adults and one child. The bathroom has a shower (only tiles).
The five-bed apartment is located on the first floor, with a double bed and a wider-than-standard single bed in the bedroom, and a sofa suitable for sleeping two children in the kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.
Two-bedroom apartments, structured as maisonettes on two levels, have a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchen with a sofa for two on the lower level, which is on the level of the second floor. On the upper level, in the attic, there is a bathroom and a bedroom with another double bed. The bathroom on the lower floor has a shower with a glass partition and curtain, while the upper floor has a shower (only tiles).
Upon request, a baby cot and a high chair are available within the price.
Two-level apartments have two air conditioners, while the other accommodation units have one air conditioning unit each.
Guests have access to WiFi, a TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob with two burners, a microwave oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The balconies are furnished with seating sets.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
This accommodation also offers a laundry service included in the price.
Two parking spaces are provided for guests within the courtyard, and parking is also possible in front of the accommodation along the street where there is usually space available.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
