Kalli's Apartments is located at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts, in a place suitable for a meaningful vacation, Nikiti, a tourist destination with a very nicely decorated, long promenade filled with numerous modern bars, restaurants, pastry shops and taverns. This accommodation is 600m from the beach and 2.2km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.
Kalli's Apartments, which offers a warm welcome to people with disabilities, offers apartments on one or two levels, located on the first and second floors, and that can accommodate up to six adults. The apartment adapted for people with disabilities, which is located on the first floor and is accessible by a ramp, has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen area, there is a sofa for two people and it can accommodate three adults and one child. The five-bed apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and one bed for one person with dimensions wider than a standard bed, while in the kitchen area, there is a sofa for two children. Apartments with two bedrooms, which are maisonettes on two levels, on the lower level, which is on the level of the second floor, have a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchen with a sofa for two people, while on the second level, in the attic, have a bathroom and a bedroom with another double bed.
On request, within the price, a baby cot and a high-feeding chair are available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, in which the apartments on two levels have two independent cooling units while the other accommodation units have one air conditioner each, guests have on their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on the furnished balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. This accommodation offers its guests, within the price, a laundry service.
A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
