Summer House Nikiti Studios & Apartments is located on a quiet location by the sea in Nikiti. The complex is outside of crowds and noise, in a charmingly decorated courtyard, with hammocks and small chairs for children in a pleasant and clean environment. All accommodation units have a direct or partial sea view, they are quality and tasty equipped. During the day free tea and coffee are served, sunbeds and umbrellas are available, and the parking space is guaranteed.

The nearest beach, located at about 60m from the accommodation, is little and narrow, gravel-sand and with some stones at the entrance to the water. The main, city beach in Nikiti, long and sandy, starts at about 800m from the facility, and there is a fine promenade as well as the center of the Nikiti with a variety of contents. In the city center, you will find the closest supermarket and bakery, but in the immediate vicinity (50m) there is a mini-market for some basic needs.

In total there are 16 accommodation units in two buildings connected by wide terraces. There are eight double studios (18m2), four (no. 21, 22, 23, 24) are located on the first and four (no. 26, 27, 28, 29) on the second floor, equipped with a double bed. Standard studios on the first and second floor have a side sea view. Two double luxury studios (18m2), one (no. 11) on the first and one (no. 14) on the second floor, have two single beds and sea view. There are two triple luxury studios (22m2), one (no. 12) on the first floor with a double bed and a sofa bed, and the other (no. 13) on the second floor with one double and one single bed. Both have sea view. Two family apartments (40m2), from which ones one (no. 25) is located on the first and one (no. 30) on the second floor, they have a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room, there are a single bed and a sofa. Apartment no. 30 has a side sea view. There are also two luxury apartments (50m2), one (no. 10) on the first and one (no. 15) on the second floor, with a direct sea view. Apartment on the first floor has a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed and a sofa in the living room, while the apartment on the second floor has a double bed in the bedroom, and a big sofa for two people in the living room. Families with children under the age of five can only book a family apartment.

Accommodation units have a private balcony with an awning, equipped with a seating set and a drying rack. In quadruple apartments, the kitchen has a mini-stove and a fridge with a freezer, while in the studios there are kitchenettes with hotplates and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. There are also a TV and air conditioning, as well as WiFi internet. Rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels are changed after three nights.

The courtyard of the building is small but very nicely equipped for socializing. In front of the accommodation, there is a parking with enough space for all guests. At the pleasant reception, guests can use espresso machine and a machine with hot and cold water, while the additional convenience of this accommodation is free use of sunbeds and umbrellas.

The facility is located next to the beach and behind the port, at about 60m from the church of St. Barbara. The easiest way to get to this accommodation is to turn right from the main road right after you pass the Eko gas station, then just go straight towards the sea until the end of the street where you turn right, and then after less than 100m turn right again into the first street and you’ll arrive in fron of the accommodation.

If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable accommodation on a quiet location, Summer House Nikiti Studios & Apartments is certainly a good choice.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. A comfortable, clean, and well-appointed studio, with olive trees and oleanders in front and a view of the sea. For a proper vacation, highly recommended.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
