Anna Houhlia House is well-maintained accommodation in Vourvourou, in a good location, tucked into a beautifully landscaped yard. It is a great choice for several families that’d like to spend a holiday together because of a beautifully arranged gazebo for socializing, as well as for those who want a peaceful holiday.

Anna Houhlia House is located 70m from the sea and about 900m from the closest supermarket and a restaurant.

On the ground floor of the main building there is a quintuple apartment with two double beds in the bedroom and a double bed narrower than the standard in the kitchen area. The kitchen is renovated and has a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There’s also a triple studio with a have a kitchen not separated by the door, yet it’s separated in the sense that at the entrance there’s one single and a double bed narrower than standard, and the kitchen is located in the extension. One triple studio with one single and a double bed narrower than standard is also located on the ground floor. It has a shower separated from the toilet.

On the first and second floor, there are triple apartments for a maximum of three persons, with one double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the room with a kitchen. These accommodation units have very small balconies. All the apartments mentioned above are smaller in size.

On the first floor, there’s a large apartment with two separate bedrooms, with two double beds lower than the standard and one single and a double bed lower than the standard. Each room has a TV, the kitchen is physically separated and it has a fridge and a mini-stove with oven. There’s the same apartment on the second floor, but it has a nicer sea view. Both apartments have large and comfortable terraces and they’re considered to be slightly better compared to the other accommodation units.

The guest house is a modest quadruple studio next to the main building, with a very small living area, two double beds narrower than standard, a kitchen without the oven, a bathroom without a curtain and a small fridge.

The Internet exists, but the signal can be quite weak and it’s better on the balconies than in the apartments. All accommodation units have an air conditioner, TV, kitchen and a bathroom. The units on the ground floor have the mosquito nets everywhere, while the units on the first and second floor lack the mosquito nets on the balcony doors.

The yard is nicely arranged. There’s a gazebo with outdoor barbecue, wooden table with benches, swings and toys for children. There’s another much smaller barbecue behind the main building. In front of the gazebo, there are two hammocks for relaxation. In the right part of the yard there’s a parking lot and a guest house, next to it there’s one larger building with apartments, while on the left side of the building there’s a small house where the owner lives.

You will arrive at the accommodation by driving the main street in Vourvourou from the direction of Nikiti and after 1km you will see Anna Houhlia house on the right side of the road.

This accommodation is quite modest compared to all other houses in Vourvourou, but the prices are much lower, so it’s a good choice for unpretentious guests who want to enjoy the beautiful nature of this place and visit the surrounding beaches. Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.
