Arsas Suites is located in an excellent location in Nikiti, on the peninsula of Sithonia, just 80m from the town beach and promenade and a short distance from numerous restaurants, taverns, and shops. The town center and harbor are 750m away.
The accommodation consists of apartments located on the first and second floor, designed for a maximum of three adults and one child. Some apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room with a kitchen there is a sofa for one person, so their maximum capacity is for three adults. The apartments designed to accommodate three adults and one child up to nine years old include a double bed in the bedroom, while a single sofa and a single bed are located in the kitchen area.
Upon request, a baby cot can be provided for the children up to two years old.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, toiletries, a kitchen equipped with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, two ceramic hobs, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine.
Guests can spend time on the balcony, furnished with seating set and overlooking the street.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
