Aphrodite Apartment is situated in a tranquil area of Nikiti, within the Halkidis complex, 450m from the city beach and in close proximity to supermarkets Lidl and Masoutis, as well as local bakeries.
This spacious and modern apartment is located on the first floor and is intended for accommodation of up to four people. It comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The apartment features air conditioning and a smart flat-screen TV in all rooms, WiFi internet, a safety deposit box, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, stove with four ceramic glass hotplates, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower cabin.
On warm summer days, with a view of the complex, you can spend time on the balcony furnished with seating area and a remote-controlled awning.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the apartment and changing of bed linen and towels are available at an additional charge upon request, after five days. Guests enter a clean accommodation and have access to cotton bed linen and towels that can be washed in the washing machine.
Guests are provided with a parking space within the private parking area of the complex.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 10% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
