Ff Apartments is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, just 800 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. Surrounded by greenery and a well-maintained garden with a mountain view, it’s the perfect place to relax and escape the city bustle. The property consists of four modernly equipped accommodation units. Both studios are situated on the ground floor of a residential building and can accommodate up to two adults. They feature a living area with a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The apartments are maisonette-style units on two levels, designed for up to four adults. The lower level (first floor) includes a living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. The upper level, in the attic, has a bedroom. In one apartment, the living room has two single beds, while the other is equipped with a sofa bed for two people. Both apartments have a comfortable double bed in the bedroom.

This air-conditioned accommodation features A/C units in all living areas, free WiFi, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker. The studios come with a single hot plate and a small oven, while the apartments have two hot plates and a large oven.

Guests can enjoy views of the landscaped garden and surrounding mountains from balconies or verandas furnished with outdoor seating.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is provided every four days during the stay.

Each unit includes one designated parking space.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 5 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
