Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Magdalena Villa is located in the well-known tourist town of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in the central part, near supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, at a distance of 500 meters from the first beach, it is an ideal place for rest and enjoyment. It provides guests with a comfortable environment, with a pleasant atmosphere.
This apartment, which is a maisonette on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The upper level, which is on the first floor and is reached by internal stairs, has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
On request and within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, in which air conditioners are located in the living room and in the bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
On the upper level there is a balcony, while on the lower level there is a private veranda with seating.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. An additional cleaning service is available at the guests' request, and within the price.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
Magdalena Villa is located 8km from Kalogria beach, 20km from Neos Marmaras, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 88km from the accommodation.
