Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Kyveli’s Residence is located in a quiet part of the peaceful resort town of Nikiti, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is tidy, modern, and functionally equipped, especially suitable for families, with amenities adapted for children. Nikiti is one of the most popular destinations on the Sithonia peninsula, as it is located right at the beginning of the peninsula and is closer than other resorts. Its location is perfect for exploring all of Sithonia, as it lies at the crossroads between the east and west coasts, with many beautiful beaches easily accessible. The town itself features a lovely, well-maintained city beach with sandy areas and a long shallow zone ideal for children, as well as a promenade that stretches along the coast.
The two-bedroom apartment is located on a raised ground floor, accessible by eight steps, and is designed to accommodate up to four adults and two children. It includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room contains a sofa suitable for two children.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot and high chair, as well as additional amenities for the youngest guests such as a playpen, a blender for food preparation, socket covers, and a child toilet seat.
