Cozy Nest Apartment is located in the famous tourist resort of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in the central part, near supermarkets, shops and cafes, it is an ideal choice for those looking for a pleasant vacation with a real summer atmosphere. The sandy beach and the turquoise sea are located 500 meters from the accommodation.

This apartment, which has a maisonette structure on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. In the lower level, which is at the ground floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The upper level, which is on the first floor and is reached by internal stairs, has a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there are two single beds, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, in which air conditioners are located on both levels, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.

The apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs, while in front of the entrance there is a private veranda and a small yard equipped with seating.

Pets are not welcome in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment themselves. They have at their disposal a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves. A cleaning service is also available for an additional fee.

A parking space is provided for accommodation guests in front of the building.

This was the best accommodation we have stayed in over all these years. It absolutely has everything you need. The host welcomed us on the first day, showed us the accommodation, a very kind man. In the apartment there is a large fridge where a pack of beer awaited my husband, a bottle of wine for me, and ice cream and fruit yogurt for the children. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and capsules for it. Also available in the kitchen are a kettle and a toaster. A washing machine and detergent, a hair dryer with diffuser, an iron and an ironing board were also at our disposal. Excellent internet and cable TV. Spare bedding and towels are available, and we maintained the hygiene; household cleaning products are also available. It is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest city beach, and about 10 minutes from the center. In the evening it is calm and quiet. The only thing that bothered us were mosquitoes, because there are trees in the yard so there are many of them there. We also had a mosquito device that plugs into the electricity, as well as coils for the yard; there are mosquito nets everywhere. In the bathroom there is soap, bath gel, cotton swabs, toilet paper. Since it is a maisonette, on the ground floor there is a double bed; it is a fold-out sofa set, but a regular mattress has been placed on it, so it is comfortable for sleeping, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small toilet (really small, under the sloping roof; the children and I could use it, but my husband could not). Upstairs there is a room with 2 beds, very comfortable and cozy, a bathroom, a hallway with a pull-out armchair, and a terrace. There are air conditioners on both floors and they are included in the price. In the yard there is a table with 2 chairs and stone benches, for which you have cushions in the apartment. There are also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that you can use. You have a parking space right in front of the apartment.

A very beautiful, comfortable, and functional accommodation. The apartment owner, Victor, is extremely nice and kind. In the morning, you can sit on the upper terrace, and in the afternoon on the lower one. It is located so that everything is just a few minutes' walk away. We are very satisfied😊 I can only say that we will return.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
