Poseidon Sea Side Maisonette is located in the heart of Nikiti, in a perfect location close to the sea, the beach, and all the amenities this popular resort offers – shops, restaurants, cafes, and a promenade. Thanks to its central position, everything is easily accessible on foot, making the stay even more pleasant. The accommodation is spacious, modern furnished, ideal for a peaceful and comfortable holiday, both for families and groups of friends. Its excellent location makes it a perfect starting point for exploring Sithonia, as Nikiti lies between the western and eastern coasts, with numerous beaches on both sides of the peninsula easily accessible. Some of the most beautiful beaches are located nearby, while the town itself offers a lovely, mostly sandy city beach and a long seaside promenade that enhances the overall experience.

The apartment with two bedrooms, structured as a maisonette, is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to five adults. On the lower level, which is elevated ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper floor consists of two bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has bunk beds. The living room contains a sofa for one person.

Upon request, and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available for guests.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms, guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

On the upper floor, there are two balconies, one of which is furnished with outdoor seating, where guests can relax and enjoy. On the ground floor, there is a veranda, also equipped with a seating set.

Pets are allowed in the accommodation, upon prior agreement and at no extra charge.

Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, which are provided by the owner every three days. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra cost.

A guaranteed parking space is not provided, but free parking is usually available on the street in front of the property.

Poseidon Sea Side Maisonette is located 22 km from Neos Marmaras, 17 km from Vourvourou, and 8 km from Metamorfosi. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki Airport “Makedonia,” is 89 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The minimum stay for the period from July 9th to September 2nd is five nights.
The minimum stay for the period from September 3rd to September 30th is four nights.
The minimum stay for the period from October 1st to November 10th is two nights.
