Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description

It is situated in the very center of the town, making shops, restaurants, cafes, and the promenade easily accessible on foot. The accommodation itself is spacious and modernly furnished, offering everything needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay, ideal for families and friends looking for relaxation and convenience. It is perfectly positioned for exploring Sithonia, as Nikiti lies at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts, making numerous beaches on both sides of the peninsula easily reachable. Some of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Halkidiki are located very close to Nikiti, while the town itself features a long seaside promenade and a lovely, mostly sandy, town beach. Thanks to all this, Amphitrite Sea Side Maisonette is an excellent choice for a holiday in Sithonia.
The apartment with three bedrooms, structured as a maisonette, is spread over four levels and can accommodate up to seven adults. On the elevated ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while one bedroom is located in the basement. Stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while in the attic there is a slightly raised open gallery. One of the bedrooms and the gallery each feature a double bed, another bedroom has a single bed, and the basement bedroom has two single beds.
A baby cot is available on request and is included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with air conditioning units in the living room and all bedrooms. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four stovetop burners, a large oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
On the upper floor, there are two balconies, one of which is furnished with a seating set, while on the ground floor there is a veranda with additional seating space.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, which are provided by the owner every three days. Additional cleaning is available at an extra charge.
A private parking space is not guaranteed, but there is usually available parking on the street in front of the property.
