Amphitrite Sea Side Maisonette is located in Nikiti, in an excellent location just a short distance from the sea, the beach, and all the amenities this lively and well-maintained town has to offer. It is situated in the very center of the town, making shops, restaurants, cafes, and the promenade easily accessible on foot. The accommodation itself is spacious and modernly furnished, offering everything needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay, ideal for families and friends looking for relaxation and convenience. It is perfectly positioned for exploring Sithonia, as Nikiti lies at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts, making numerous beaches on both sides of the peninsula easily reachable. Some of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Halkidiki are located very close to Nikiti, while the town itself features a long seaside promenade and a lovely, mostly sandy, town beach. Thanks to all this, Amphitrite Sea Side Maisonette is an excellent choice for a holiday in Sithonia.
The apartment with three bedrooms, which is a maisonette in its structure, is spread over three levels and can accommodate a maximum of seven people. On the upper ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a smaller bathroom, while in the attic there is a slightly raised, open gallery. In one bedroom and on the open gallery there is a double bed, while in the other bedroom there is a bed for one person with a trundle bed. In the living room there is a sofa that opens and is suitable for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioners in the living room and in the bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with four hotplates, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
There are two balconies on the first floor, one of which is equipped with seating, while on the ground floor there is a veranda with an additional place to rest.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request.
Guests enter a clean apartment and during their stay take care of hygiene themselves, as well as changing bed linen and towels, which they receive from the owner every three days. There is a possibility of additional cleaning for an additional fee.
A parking spot is not guaranteed, but you can usually find a free spot on the street in front of the property.
