Nicole’s Boutique Studio is situated in a peaceful location in the village of Nikiti, on the western side of Sithonia, 400 m from the sandy beach and 800 m from the marina, promenade, and numerous restaurants and cafes. A modern and pleasantly decorated accommodation, designed with special attention to the smallest details, is an ideal choice for those who wish to relax and enjoy peace, comfort, and complete luxury.

There are two studios available on the first and second floors, able to accommodate up to three adults. They consist of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a French bed and a sofa for one person.

Upon request, a child’s crib is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, equipped kitchenette with a single burner, standard or large fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee maker.

From the balcony, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy the view of the courtyard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units during the stay is done every fourth day. For reservations of 12 nights or more, bed linen and towel change is done halfway through the stay. There is a surcharge for an additional set of bed linen and towels, as well as for the cleaning service.

It is mandatory to pay a guarantee deposit in the amount of 100€ per reservation, which will be charged for possible damage during the stay, otherwise it will be returned to the guest.

Guests are provided with a parking space within the accommodation premises.

Nicole’s Boutique Studio is located 8 km from Ormos Panagias, 16 km from Vourvourou, and 6 km from Metamorfosi, while being 87 km away from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

The minimum period of stay is four nights.
