Naiada House is located in a quiet area of Nikiti, about 600 meters from the beach, making it a suitable choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The accommodation is modernly furnished, with a contemporary design and carefully selected details that provide comfort to guests. The town beach in Nikiti is mostly sandy, both on the shore and in the water, and some parts have a very long shallow area, ideal for children and non-swimmers. The beach is well-maintained and clean, and it is popular also because of its excellent location for exploring Sithonia, as it lies at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. Nikiti itself is well-organized, with a long promenade and a pleasant town beach, while some of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia are located very close. Thanks to its location, Nikiti is an excellent choice as a holiday base, since it offers quick and easy access to almost all beaches and places on Sithonia.

The two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and is designed to accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a bunk bed.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, an oven with a large stove, a spacious fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy two verandas, both equipped with outdoor seating. One is located at the front and the other at the back of the property.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Housekeeping of the units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is carried out every fourth day.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
