Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

The two-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building constructed on sloping terrain and is designed to accommodate up to five adults. The space includes a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa that can serve as a bed for one person, ensuring a comfortable and functional stay for all guests.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request, adding convenience for families with small children and making travel easier for parents while providing a safe and cozy space for the youngest guests.
