Vanessy Villa is a modernly designed holiday maisonette located in the heart of Nikiti, perfect for larger families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay close to the sea. Situated in a peaceful area of the town, just 260 meters from the nearest beach, the villa offers guests privacy while still being within easy reach of all amenities needed for a carefree vacation.

This two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to eight adults and one child and contains three levels. The ground floor features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen suitable for meal preparation, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the attic level features an open gallery with additional sleeping space. The living room includes a sofa bed for two persons, and each bedroom, as well as the gallery is equipped with a double bed. An additional extra bed for a child can be provided upon request.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be arranged upon prior request at the time of booking.

Guests have access to four air conditioning devices at their disposal, as well as free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV in the living room and one bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a large refrigerator with freezer, a large oven, a stove with four modern stovetop elements, as well as a kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also provided.

Guests can relax on the porch or using one of the two balconies furnished with outdoor seating. The outdoor area includes a yard, that provides additional comfort and space to enjoy the open air, as well as the possibility of using a barbecue grill, available upon request.

It is possible to stay in this unit with smaller pets, whose presence must be indicated earlier during the reservation process, bearing in mind that an additional pet fee needs to be paid. Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to pay a security deposit, which the owner shall keep in case of any possible damage, though it will be refunded in full if no damage occurred.

Cleaning services, as well as linen and towel changes, are not included in the price but can be arranged at an additional fee. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment.

Private parking is not provided; however, it is possible to park nearby, along the street.

The main beach in Nikiti is sandy with a gradual entrance into the sea, making it ideal for families with children. Nikiti is known for blending traditional and modern elements – the old town features charming stone houses, while the seaside promenade offers a variety of restaurants, dessert shops, and stores. This resort is an excellent starting point for exploring Sithonia, and some of the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki, such as Kalogria and Lagomandra, which are located nearby. The nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 88 km away, and popular resorts such as Metamorfosis and Neos Marmaras are also within close reach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.
