Emerald Apartments is located in Nikiti, about 400 meters from the beach, and represents an excellent choice for those who want a peaceful and pleasant stay in Sithonia. The property offers modern and spacious apartments that provide a high level of comfort and functionality. The interior is carefully designed in a contemporary style, with a bright and pleasant atmosphere that contributes to a relaxing stay. The apartments are comfortable and well organized, making them suitable for both couples and families looking for comfortable accommodation close to the sea. Nikiti is located at the very beginning of Sithonia and is very popular due to its excellent position for exploring the entire peninsula. About 2 km from the center of the town, the main road splits into two directions, one leading to the western coast and the other to the eastern coast of Sithonia, making almost all beaches and places on the peninsula easily accessible to visitors. Nikiti itself is a nicely arranged resort with a long town beach, a pleasant promenade and many amenities, while some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia are located very nearby.

The offer includes apartments with two bedrooms intended for the stay of up to five adults and one child. One apartment is located on the ground floor, while the others are on the first floor. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds joined together, while the living room has a sofa for two persons, i.e. one adult and one child.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

Depending on the floor on which the accommodation unit is located, guests have access to a balcony or a veranda equipped with a seating set, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the stay.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement with the owner and with an additional charge. Guests staying with their pets are required to pay a security deposit, which is refunded at check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Guests enter a clean accommodation unit and take care of its cleanliness themselves during their stay, while the change of towels and bed linen is not provided. Cleaning service is available for an additional charge.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.
