Estrella’s Haus Apartment is a comfortable apartment located in Nikiti, one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia. Only 180 m away from the beach and 650 m from the center of the resort, it provides the opportunity for a comfortable vacation characterized by the carefreeness and spontaneity, as well as enjoying the crystal clear sea, at one of the most convenient starting points for exploring the magical peninsula of Sithonia and Halkidiki in general.
The apartment consists of two levels and is intended for a maximum of four adults. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while in the attic there is an open sleeping space and an additional toilet, which further contributes to the guests’ comfort during their stay. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the open sleeping area features one single bed and a sofa bed for one person.
It is not possible to provide a baby cot in this accommodation.
The apartment is air-conditioned, while the air conditioner is located in the living room. Also, during hot summer days, guests can cool off with a fan, which is located in the open gallery. The apartment has a Wi-Fi internet connection, as well as a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary elements and contains a stove with an oven and four hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a kettle. The comfort of guests during their stay is further enhanced by the availability of a washing machine.
In the open space, during warm summer evenings or pleasant, fresh mornings, guests can enjoy the porch located on the ground floor level and which is accessed from the living room.
The stay of pets in this accommodation is not allowed.
Cleaning and bed linen and towel change services are not provided. During the stay, the hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.
An additional convenience for all those who plan to go on vacation using their own car is the fact that one private parking space is secured for the guests of the accommodation.
Estrella’s Haus Apartment ensures that during your stay you will always have at your disposal all the basic facilities for a carefree stay at the seaside, as well as that you will not have to plan a long trip to the beach or going shopping. Should guests, however, decide to explore the surrounding areas, it is important to note that this accommodation is located 10 km from the famous Kalogria beach and 22 km from Neos Marmaras. The nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 90 km away.

- Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
