Accommodation description

Diamant House is located in a quiet area, about 3 kilometers from Nikiti, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Sithonia peninsula, and only 70 meters from the beach. The property offers four separate accommodation units arranged around a shared, well-kept courtyard, making it a suitable choice for families with children seeking peace and space close to the sea. At the same time, the proximity to Nikiti allows easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops, and the promenade, so guests can combine a calm holiday with the lively atmosphere and amenities of the town.

The accommodation consists of four ground-floor units: one studio and three apartments, each with its own entrance accessed by three steps.

The studio is designed for up to two adults and one child. It includes a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom, furnished with a double bed and a sofa for one person.

The three apartments have identical layouts, each accommodating up to three adults and three children. They include a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two have single beds, and the living room has a sofa for two people.

For families with small children, a baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request, reducing the need to bring extra luggage.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, and a television. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens with a ceramic hob with four heating zones, a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The studio, unlike the apartments, does not have an oven but has a ceramic hob with two heating zones for preparing lighter meals. A hairdryer is available in all units.

Each unit has a veranda with seating, offering partial sea views through the trees. The shared courtyard provides areas for relaxation and socializing, with a gazebo, seating, sunbeds (which can be taken to the beach), an outdoor shower, and a communal barbecue. The greenery provides natural shade, making outdoor stays pleasant even during the hottest hours.

Pets are not allowed, ensuring cleanliness and a tidy environment.

Guests maintain the accommodation’s cleanliness themselves. For stays of ten nights or more, bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. For shorter stays, replacement is not included, though cleaning services are available at an extra charge.

Parking is available directly in front of the property or along nearby streets, where there are usually enough free spaces.

Nikiti, located on the western coast of Sitonia at the entrance to the peninsula, has long been one of Halkidiki’s favorite resorts. Its long sandy beach with a gradual slope and crystal-clear water, awarded the Blue Flag, is ideal for families with children and for those seeking a safe and relaxing seaside holiday. The promenade offers taverns, cafés, and bars, while supermarkets, pharmacies, and the Friday market, famous for local products and Sitonia honey, cover everyday needs. Thanks to its location, Nikiti is just minutes away by car from some of Sitonia’s most beautiful beaches, such as Kalogria, Koviou, Agios Ioannis, and Kavourotripes. Old Nikiti, located on a hill above the town, offers an authentic atmosphere with stone houses, narrow streets, and the Church of Saint Nikitas, providing a contrast to the lively seaside. The accommodation is about 87 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
